Ordering
How do I order from TAIGA?
Choose a clock and its colour and add it to your cart. Then sign in, choose your address and shipping method, and pay through the bank gateway. Your order number is shown once payment succeeds.
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes, but it takes seconds: enter your mobile number and we'll text you a one-time code. Your account is created automatically the first time you sign in — no password needed.
Where can I see my order status?
In your account, under "My orders". Tap "Details" on any order to see its preparation and shipping steps, items, delivery address and tracking code.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Until the order is handed to the carrier, contact support with your order number and we'll look into cancelling or changing it.
Payment
How can I pay?
Online, with any bank card on the Shetab network, through licensed bank gateways.
My payment failed — what happens to my order?
Your order stays open and the stock stays held for you until the payment deadline shown in the order details. Until then you can pay again from the order's details page.
Money left my account but no order was placed.
For failed payments, the bank usually returns the money within 72 hours. If it hasn't come back by then, contact support with the transaction's reference number.
Where do I enter a discount code?
In your cart, before moving on to shipping. The discount is shown in the cart total and on the payment page.
Shipping & delivery
When will my order arrive?
Each shipping method's estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and in the order details. Every clock is checked and packed in the workshop before it ships, and that preparation is part of the estimate.
How much is shipping?
It depends on the shipping method and is shown when you choose one. With pay-on-delivery methods, the fee is collected from the recipient on delivery. Orders above the threshold shown in the basket ship free.
Where do I get my tracking code?
Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, its tracking code is added to the order details in your account. You can copy it and look it up on the postal service's tracking site.
How are the clocks packed?
Every clock ships in multi-layer packaging with shock protection so it arrives safely.
Warranty
Do the clocks come with a warranty?
Yes. TAIGA's warranty covers faults in the clock's motor and lighting. Each clock's warranty period is listed on its product page.
What do I do if my clock stops working under warranty?
Contact support with your order number. TAIGA collects the clock at its own cost, repairs it in the workshop and sends it back to you — shipping both ways and the repair are on us.
My clock arrived damaged — what should I do?
Tell support within 24 hours of delivery, with photos or video of the parcel and item. TAIGA collects the clock at its own cost, repairs it and sends it back to you.
Our clocks
Are TAIGA clocks really handmade?
Yes. Every frame is cut, assembled and finished by hand in the TAIGA workshop, so each piece has its own wood grain and texture.
Will the colour match the photos?
Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and natural wood varies a little from piece to piece. These differences aren't defects.
What battery does the clock take?
One AA battery. If you choose the "Battery included" option when buying, it ships with the clock.
How do I look after my clock?
Hang it away from moisture, kitchen steam and direct sunlight, and dust it only with a soft, dry cloth. Don't use cleaning products on the wood.
