Terms & conditions

Buying from TAIGA and using this website means you accept the terms below. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Last updated: 23 September 2026

01General

TAIGA is a workshop and online store for handmade wall clocks. All activity on this website is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the Electronic Commerce Act and the Consumer Protection Act.

In these terms, "user" means anyone who visits the website or holds an account, and "TAIGA" means the TAIGA online store.

02Your account

  • You need to sign in to place an order. Sign-in uses your mobile number and a one-time code, and your account is created automatically the first time.
  • You are responsible for keeping access to your registered mobile number and email, and for any activity on your account.
  • Account and address details must be complete and correct; delays or returned parcels caused by wrong details are the user's responsibility.
  • TAIGA may suspend accounts used for fraud, disrupting the site or breaching these terms.

03Placing and confirming orders

  • An order is final only once payment succeeds. Until then, stock is held for you only until the payment deadline.
  • After payment, your order number is shown on the result page and under "My orders".
  • If an item can't be supplied after the order is placed, or a price was clearly listed in error, TAIGA will cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.
  • Cancellation requests are accepted through support until the order is handed to the carrier.

04Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in Toman, US dollars or Iraqi dinars depending on the site language; the final amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payment is made online through licensed bank gateways.
  • Discount codes are applied in the cart before payment and can't be exchanged for cash.

05Shipping and delivery

  • Orders are shipped by the method you choose at checkout, such as the postal service.
  • Each method's estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and in the order details; it is an estimate and also depends on the carrier.
  • With pay-on-delivery methods, the shipping fee is collected from the recipient on delivery.
  • Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, its tracking code is added to your account.

06Checking your parcel on delivery

Please check the parcel for visible damage on delivery. If it is damaged or has been opened, tell the courier before accepting it and report it to TAIGA support within 24 hours with photos or video.

07The nature of handmade products

TAIGA clocks are made by hand from natural wood, so slight differences in grain, colour and texture are part of each piece and are not defects. Colours may also look slightly different on different screens.

08Warranty

TAIGA's warranty covers faults in a clock's motor and lighting, for the period listed on each product page. If your clock develops one of these faults while under warranty, TAIGA collects it at its own cost, repairs it in the workshop and sends it back to you. Contact support to make a warranty claim.

09Intellectual property

TAIGA's clock designs, photographs, text and trademark belong to TAIGA. Copying, reproducing or using them commercially without written permission is prohibited.

10Changes to these terms

TAIGA may update these terms. A new version applies from the moment it is published on this page; orders placed before then remain under the terms in force when they were placed.
