Privacy policy

Your trust matters to us as much as the quality of every clock we make. This page explains what information we collect, what we use it for, and how we protect it.

Last updated: 23 September 2026

01Scope of this policy

This policy covers all information you give us when you use the TAIGA website, place an order, or contact support. Using the website means you accept the terms on this page.

02What we collect

We only collect what is needed to place, ship and follow up on your order:

  • Account details: your mobile number and, if you choose, your name, email, age and gender.
  • Shipping details: recipient name, address, unit number, postal code and phone number.
  • Order details: the items you bought, amounts, payment status and the parcel's tracking code.
  • Technical data: browser and device type, IP address and the pages you visit — used only to keep the site secure and working well.

03How we use it

  • To process, prepare and ship orders.
  • To send one-time sign-in codes and order status updates by text message or email.
  • To answer support and warranty requests.
  • To prevent abuse, fraud and unauthorised access to accounts.
  • To improve the shopping experience and our service.

04Sharing information

TAIGA never sells or rents your personal information. It is shared only in the cases below, and only as far as needed:

  • The postal or courier company: recipient name, address and phone number, to deliver the parcel.
  • The bank payment gateway: the amount and order number, to process the transaction.
  • Judicial and law-enforcement authorities: only on an official request and as the law requires.

05Payment security

Payments are made through licensed bank gateways under the Shaparak network. Your card details are entered directly on the bank's page — TAIGA never sees or stores your card number, PIN or CVV2.

06Cookies

We use cookies only to make the site work:

  • To keep you signed in securely; these cookies are out of reach of the page's scripts.
  • To remember your language and the contents of your cart.

If you turn cookies off in your browser, you won't be able to sign in or place an order.

07Keeping information safe

Your connection to the site is encrypted over HTTPS, and customer information is available only to staff who need it to fulfil an order. Order records are kept for tracking, warranty and legal requirements.

08Your rights

  • View and edit your account details and addresses at any time from your account.
  • Ask support to delete your account; order records are kept for as long as the law requires.
  • Unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time.

09Text messages and email

Sign-in and order status messages are part of the service and are always sent. Promotional messages and new-product announcements are sent only with your consent.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy in the future. The new version is always published on this page with its revision date, and we'll let you know on the site or by text message about any significant change.
